3rd-6th Grade Penmanship Contest Winners

In January, Ridgeview’s penmanship instructor, Mrs. Hornback, held a contest for students in grades 3rd-6th. All contestants were asked to write the same poem, “Dreams” by Langston Hughes. Three winners were selected from the 3rd-4th and 5th-6th grade contest categories, and Mrs. Hornback presented our winners with their prizes last week.

In the 3rd-4th grade category, Stella placed first, Jaiden placed second, and Haidyn placed third. In the 5th-6th grade category, Alex placed first, Maria placed second, and Amara placed third. Congratulations!
