Mrs. Moessner
Mrs. Moessner was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area but moved to Fort Collins to receive her secondary education. She received a B.S. in human development and family studies at Colorado State University and her teaching license in elementary education at the University of Denver. She will begin her twentieth year teaching first grade at Ridgeview this fall. She believes Core Knowledge is a wonderful curriculum and enjoys teaching it to her students. Along with the curriculum, Mrs. Moessner feels that having the children learn good character traits is invaluable. When Mrs. Moessner is not in the classroom, she can be found spending time with her husband Brandon, son Ridge, and her family pets, Louie the Golden Retriever and Beau the Maine Coon. She enjoys snowshoeing, reading, and watching movies.
