Mr. Powell

Mr. Logan Powell serves as the Facilities Manager at Ridgeview Classical School. He holds certifications as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Sustainable Landscape Management (SLM) professional, and Certified Community and School Age Playground Safety Inspector. He is also currently working toward his OSHA 10 certification.

Mr. Powell grew up in Northern Colorado and graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in English and minors in Criminal Justice and Media Studies.

Throughout his career, he has worked in facilities, maintenance, and operations leadership across commercial properties, healthcare facilities, and multi-site portfolios.

He joined Ridgeview because he was excited by the opportunity to help build and grow the school's facilities program while supporting a school community that values excellence. He enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and creating safe, well-maintained spaces where students and staff can thrive.

Outside of work, Mr. Powell enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, fishing, and tackling home improvement projects.

Where were you born and where have you lived?

Born and Raised in Northern Colorado 

Where did you attend university or college?

The University of Northern Colorado and Graduated with a degree in English Lit with minors in Media studies and Criminology Criminal Justice.

What kind of reading do you most enjoy doing?

I mostly enjoy fantasy, horror, and mystery. I am able to enjoy most stories though as long as it as a worthwhile story. 

What are the small essentials that make life more comfortable?

For me, it is a heated jacket, a good pair of boots, and the ability to listing to and read any book I want at any time with my phone.

What are your favorite snacks?

Barbell Protein Bars and Oreos

What do you do to unwind?

I like to do a mix of outdoor activities, such as hiking, camping, and fishing. I also enjoy wood working and video games.
