Mock Trial Regional Tournament Results

Please congratulate Ridgeview's mock trial teams, yes...teams, for advancing to the state competition!

As always, the Northern Colorado Regional tournament was competitive and difficult. But, our teams worked together and showed their quality. Team A earned a 2nd place ranking behind Fort Collins; Team B earned a 3rd place ranking by apparently squeaking by University. On top of our rankings, Team A brought home the Professionalism Award. This award is voted upon by the team members in regard to professional behavior and sportsmanship. It is a great honor to be selected for this award by the Mock Trial students.

We now have a month to review and prepare for the State competition in Golden in March. Both teams have put in a lot of hard work this year and have earned their spots. Thank you to Mr. Ayers, Mrs. Carvalho, and Mr. Tom Martin for your support of our students. Once again, please congratulate the teams on a job well done!
