Announcing the Morning Workout Club

Get ready to kickstart your mornings with Ridgeview's new Workout Club, tailored for students in grades 7-12!

Join us in the basement on weekdays for dynamic sessions featuring plyometrics, strength training, and cardio exercises. These workouts, led by Mr. Schohl, Mrs. Carvalho, Mrs. Slocomb, Miss Grace, and Mr. Worley, aim to enhance your physical fitness and model a love of physical activity. The sessions will run from 7:15am to 7:50am on school days beginning January 16.

To ensure a focused and effective training environment, students are required to come to school in workout clothes and sign up online, with a limit of three spots per week. Students arriving late will be directed to Tutorial. Responsible participation is key, and students are kindly requested to email instructors or remove their names from the sign-up sheet if unable to attend. Let's start the day strong and energized!
