Mrs. Wilkerson
I’m a Colorado native with a passion for helping others, personal growth, and community. My educational journey has taken me through IBMC, FRCC, IOA, Colorado Christian University, and I’m currently pursuing a degree in Special Education at Western Governors University. Before joining Ridgeview, I spent 13 years at an Allergy and Asthma clinic, most of that time serving as an Administrative Manager, where I assisted in various roles, including acting as an OSHA officer, a HIPAA compliance officer, and serving on an Immunotherapy Superuser Team.
My transition into education began as a volunteer at RCS, where I quickly fell in love with the structure, emphasis on good character, and dedication to high-quality teaching and learning. As a Student Services Interventionist, I teach reading, writing, math, self-advocacy, and organization. I find joy in helping students grow and succeed. My favorite and most important titles are Mom, Wife, Aunt, Sister, and Friend. I love reading both self-improvement and fiction books, organizing my thoughts with fine tip felt pens and sticky notes. In my free time, I cherish moments with my family, playing games, and exploring new experiences together. For parents looking to get involved, I always encourage starting with reading groups. However, opportunities are endless—from assisting with classroom parties and coaching athletes to chaperoning dances or outdoor trips. At Ridgeview, there’s truly a place for everyone to help make a difference.
