Mrs. Keas
Mrs. Keas has been actively involved in the Ridgeview community since 2022, when her youngest daughter began sixth grade. She began her time at Ridgeview as a Lunchroom Monitor and has since served as a sixth-grade Teaching Assistant, Floating Teaching Assistant, and now as the Resource Room Coordinator.
Her family was drawn to Ridgeview because of its thoughtful curriculum and the strong values it instills in its students. From their first campus tour, they were struck by the warmth and welcoming spirit of the school community.
It quickly became clear that Ridgeview was a place where they felt a genuine sense of belonging and where their daughter would thrive. She is grateful to be part of a community with such a clear sense of purpose and especially enjoys supporting faculty and staff and contributing wherever she can.
She holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and, prior to moving to Colorado, worked in community corrections. In that role, she helped individuals successfully transition back into their communities through cognitive behavioral therapy, employment readiness instruction, and individualized case management.
She and her husband have three children, two young adults and one currently attending Ridgeview's Upper School. Their family also includes Hazel, a very bossy coonhound who keeps everyone in line.
Outside of Ridgeview, she enjoys exploring Colorado with her family, watching scary movies, strength training and Pilates, journaling, and scrapbooking, a hobby she has enjoyed for more than 25 years. She is also a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan and, during football season, can often be found in her recliner watching games all Sunday long.
