Mr. Houdesheldt has been with Ridgeview since 2022.  He started out volunteering as a monitor, then was hired as the Facilities Manager.  

Dean was born in Columbus, Nebraska and moved to Florida in middle school. He met his wife in high school there.  They moved to Fort Collins by their first anniversary. Dean has two sons, and they attended Ridgeview. 

Dean worked several years in directional drilling as a crew supervisor, commercial HVAC, and a long time as an appliance repair technician before he started at Ridgeview.
