Miss Elliott
Miss Elliott was born in Tennessee; however, prior to moving here, she spent the past 20 years in Texas. She is now loving the seasons and outdoors Fort Collins has to offer. Growing up, she enjoyed her family’s cabin at the base of Pikes Peak and has always loved Colorado! She attended most of elementary, middle school, and high school in Flower Mound, TX. After high school, she attended the University of North Texas and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Besides general education, she is certified in Special Education and working with English language learners. For five years, she taught kindergarten in Texas public schools. Moving to Colorado, she was eager to experience a school of choice and a classical approach to education. Outside of school she enjoys playing soccer, skiing, hanging with her dogs, hiking, paddle boarding, relaxing with a nice candle, exploring cities and towns, and reading.

Parents are always welcome to help with small groups, skill practice with students, project preparation, and different events or things that go on throughout the year. I am looking forward to sharing our classroom.
