Movement Warm-Up with Mr. Schohl

Mr. Schohl has a movement (footwork, kicking, and punching) exercise to share with you. This is a quick exercise that gets the full body moving, and it is easily completed during study breaks or breaks from using screens. Mr. Schohl recommends completing this drill for 2-3 minutes at a time.
