Member-At-Large, Mr. Thrasher

Mr. Thrasher grew up in northern Colorado and upon graduating high school, became a Marine and served in the Operation Iraqi Freedom Campaigns.  After an honorable discharge, Mr. Thrasher spent time in the trades and completed his Bachelor's of Arts in Food and Beverage Management from the Art Institute of Colorado in 2014.  He and his wife have two children, both in upper school at Ridgeview and have been a part of the Ridgeview community since 2017.

The Thrashers were drawn to Ridgeview due to the emphasis on character development, classical education, and the outdoor program.  Ridgeview’s continued emphasis on teaching children a quality curriculum (i.e. American History and Civics), devoid of current ideological indoctrinations is a primary reason the Thrashers have stayed at Ridgeview Classical Schools.  Mr. Thrasher enjoys participating and volunteering in various outdoor trips, the father’s group, and school activities.  His favorite book that he has read with the father’s group was Ernst Junger’s ‘Storm of Steel.’
